Public Toilet near Wachturm Schlesischer Busch in Berlin Review

Location and Use

This public toilet seems to have a free area at the back. When I used it, there was one closed compartment and two semi-open urinals. For a quick stop, especially for men, it was fairly practical and easy to use.

Waiting Time and Cost

I did not have to wait long and could use it almost immediately. The back area was free, so I did not need coins, a bank card, or mobile payment. That made the visit simple and convenient.

Cleanliness and Smell

The toilet was quite clean when I visited. It was not spotless, but it was acceptable for a free public toilet. There was a slight smell, but nothing too strong or unbearable.

Door Lock and Malfunction

The closed compartment was usable during my visit. However, this toilet seems to have repeated problems with being broken or out of service. Since there are recent reports saying it was damaged, I would not fully rely on it being available every time.

Handwashing Area

There was water and dryers available, so I could wash and dry my hands after using the toilet. For a free public toilet, that was a useful and positive point.

Satisfaction and Willingness to Reuse

Overall, it was fine for a quick free toilet stop. I would use it again if I were nearby and it was working, but I would not go out of my way for it because the chance of it being broken seems fairly high.
