I did not have to wait when I visited. The toilet was available right away. Since it is free, it may get busier at certain times, but my visit was quick and easy.

The toilet was basically free to use. There seemed to be some information suggesting that certain parts or cubicles may have cost 50 cents before, while the urinal was free. At the time of my visit, it felt like the toilet could be used for free by both men and women.
