Public Toilet Review

Location and First Impression

I used this public facility, but it felt more like an outdoor open urinal than a regular restroom. It is useful to have something like this available when you urgently need it, but it is clearly not suitable for everyone, especially women.

Waiting Time

There was no waiting time when I visited. Since the facility is simple and open, people can use it quickly, so I did not have to stand in line.

Cost and Payment

I did not see any payment machine or fee notice. There was no need to use cash or card, so it seemed to be free when I used it.

Cleanliness and Smell

The cleanliness was disappointing. It was usable, but it did not feel hygienic or comfortable. Because the urinals are doorless and quite exposed, the overall experience felt unpleasant. The smell was also not very good.

Door Lock and Malfunction

There was no door or lock at all. This did not seem like a malfunction, but rather the way the facility was designed. There was a partition for some privacy, but it was not enough to make me feel fully comfortable.

Handwashing Area

One positive point was that there was a washbasin with running water. That made it possible to wash my hands after using the facility. However, the handwashing area still did not feel especially clean.

Satisfaction and Willingness to Use Again

I appreciate that a public facility like this exists, especially in an emergency. Still, because of the lack of doors, poor privacy, limited suitability, and disappointing cleanliness, my satisfaction was low. I would only use it again if I had no better option.
